1.2  All personalised goods are made-to-order and require processing before shipment.

1.3  Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalisation details during the ordering process. Manièr Elegance is not responsible for any error(s) in personalisation inputted by the customer. To change a personalised good that you have ordered, see clause 6.1 and 6.2 below.

2.1  You must be over 18 years old to register with Manièr Elegance.

2.2  You must provide accurate and complete information.

2.3  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5.3  Orders are considered final once payment is successfully processed. Change(s) to an order may be accommodated if requested shortly after the payment is processed (see clause 6.1 below for more details).

6.1  If you have placed an order for a personalised product, you will have 45 minutes from the time that you placed the order to change or cancel that order. After 45 minutes have passed, a personalised product will be prepared for production and you will not be able to cancel or change that order.

6.2  To amend an order for a personalised product, you must specify the amendments(s) in the email confirming our receipt of your order. Amendment(s) to personalisation will only be accepted within the time period specified in clause 6.1 above.

6.3  To cancel an order for a personalised product, inform us in the email confirming our receipt of your order within the time period specified in clause 6.1 above.

6.4  Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalisation details during the ordering process. Manièr Elegance is not responsible for any error(s) in customisation inputted by the customer.

6.5  You will not be entitled to a refund for a personalised product that contain misspelling(s) that you are responsible for and fail to amend in accordance with clause 6.1 and 6.2 above. Read our Refund Policy to learn more.

7.1  Manièr Elegance ships orders to the address provided by the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure accuracy of the shipping address.

7.2  Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance purposes only and may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as shipping carrier delays or customs clearance procedures for international shipments.

7.3  Manièr Elegance is not liable for any delays or damages incurred during shipping, but will assist customers in resolving issues with shipping carriers to the best of our ability.

8.1  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

8.2  Personalised items are generally non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. In such cases, please provide photographic evidence of the issue for review by our customer service team.

8.3  Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe after the returned item is received and inspected by our customer service team.

9.1  We will not be liable or responsible for the failure to perform or delay in the performance of any of our obligations that is caused by an Event Outside Our Control (as defined below in clause 9.2).

9.2  An Event Outside Our Control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including (without limitation) civil commotion, riot, invasion, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks or impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.

9.3  You may cancel an order affected by an Event Outside Our Control that has continued for more than 30 days.
